🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Lamb shoulder
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 200 ml White wine
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt & pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Stud lamb with garlic. Rub with oil, salt, rosemary.
  2. 2Place in roasting tin with wine.
  3. 3Cover with foil. Roast 4h at 160C.
  4. 4Uncover last 30 min to brown. Pull meat with forks.
