🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 racks Beef back ribs (rack)
  • 6 chunks Apple+oak wood
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Remove membrane. Apply dry rub. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. 2Smoke at 120°C for 5 hours — beef back ribs have less meat than plate ribs.
  3. 3Wrap in foil with a splash of beef stock. Cook 1 more hour.
  4. 4Unwrap, crisp 15 min on grill. Rest 10 min.
