🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Beef cheeks (trimmed)
  • 250 ml Red wine
  • 500 ml Beef stock
  • 2 pcs Onion
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary & thyme
  • 3 chunks Oak wood

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season cheeks. Sear on all sides until browned.
  2. 2Place in deep pan with wine, stock, onion, garlic and herbs.
  3. 3Smoke at 140°C for 4–5 hours until internal temp 95°C and fork-tender.
  4. 4Rest 20 min in the braising liquid. Serve with creamy mash.
