  • 4 pcs (200g each) Beef flat iron steaks
  • 2 handfuls Mesquite chips
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Garlic oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season steaks. Smoke at 100°C for 45 min over mesquite.
  2. 2Sear over direct high heat 2 min per side.
  3. 3Rest 5 min. Flat iron is already tender — don't overcook.
  4. 4Slice against any grain and serve.
