  • 300 g Arborio rice
  • 150 g Spinach
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 800 ml Fish stock
  • 50 g Parmesan

  1. 1Poach haddock in stock 8 min. Flake fish, keep stock warm.
  2. 2Fry onion, add rice, toast 2 min.
  3. 3Add wine, then ladle hot stock gradually, stirring.
  4. 4Fold in haddock, spinach, parmesan.
