🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.2 rack Baby back ribs
  • 4 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 40 g Butter
  • 60 ml Apple juice
  • 150 ml BBQ sauce (sweet)
  • 2 tbsp Honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Apply dry rub. Smoke at 120°C for 2 hours (unwrapped).
  2. 2Wrap in foil with brown sugar, butter, and apple juice. Cook 1 hour.
  3. 3Unwrap. Brush with BBQ sauce + honey. Smoke 1 more hour.
  4. 4Glaze once more before serving. Rest 15 min.
