  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Rub legs with all spices and sugar.
  2. 2Smoke at 120C for 3 hours.
  3. 3Spritz with vinegar every 45 min.
  4. 4Internal temp 74C. Rest 15 min.
