🛒 Ingredients

  • 120 g Soba noodles
  • 15 g Sesame
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook soba noodles per instructions, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2Mix tahini with soy sauce, grated ginger, lime juice and sesame oil.
  3. 3Add warm water to thin the sauce.
  4. 4Toss noodles with sesame sauce.
  5. 5Serve with sesame seeds and spring onion.
