🛒 Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 4 pc Eggs
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice potatoes thinly and boil 10 minutes, drain.
  2. 2Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. 3Sauté onion in olive oil 5 minutes, add potatoes and cook 3 minutes.
  4. 4Pour beaten eggs over, cook on low heat 8-10 minutes with lid.
  5. 5Flip tortilla using a plate and cook 3 more minutes on the other side.
