  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil 1 minute.
  2. 2Add fresh spinach and cook over high heat 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Create wells in spinach and crack eggs in.
  5. 5Cook with lid 3-4 minutes and serve immediately.
