🛒 Ingredients

  • 12 pcs Gyoza wrappers
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • 60 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Finely chop cabbage and shiitake mushrooms.
  2. 2Mix with grated ginger, soy sauce and a little sesame oil.
  3. 3Place a teaspoon of filling on gyoza wrappers.
  4. 4Fold and seal edges with water.
  5. 5Steam 8-10 minutes or pan-fry then add water with lid 5 minutes.
