  • 200 g Zucchini
  • 150 g Eggplant
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 pc Bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes.
  2. 2Sauté onion in olive oil 4 minutes.
  3. 3Add zucchini and eggplant, cook 8 minutes.
  4. 4Add tomatoes and spices (thyme, oregano).
  5. 5Simmer on low 15 minutes and serve with bread.
