🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pc Sweet potatoes
  • 150 g Cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 60 g Yogurt
  • 1 pc Lime

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Pierce sweet potatoes with fork and bake 40-45 minutes.
  3. 3Mash cooked chickpeas with turmeric, salt and lime juice.
  4. 4Cut potatoes lengthwise and gently press open.
  5. 5Stuff with spiced chickpeas, add yogurt and serve.
