🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Shrimp
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil chicken broth with mushrooms and bruised lemongrass 10 minutes.
  2. 2Add peeled shrimp and coconut milk.
  3. 3Simmer 5 minutes on low until shrimp are pink.
  4. 4Add lime juice, fish sauce and chili.
  5. 5Serve hot with fresh coriander.
