  • 4 180g each Trout fillets
  • 60 g Flaked almonds
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Flour

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Dust trout in flour, fry in butter 4 min per side.
  2. 2Remove fish. Toast almonds in same pan.
  3. 3Add capers, lemon, parsley to pan.
  4. 4Pour almond butter over fish.
