🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g cubed Turkey breast
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 3 Lime leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Fry onion, add curry paste 2 min.
  2. 2Add turkey, coat in paste.
  3. 3Pour in coconut milk and fish sauce. Add lime leaves.
  4. 4Simmer 25 min. Serve with rice and coriander.
