🛒 Ingredients

  • 800 g Turkey breast
  • 200 g fresh Cranberries
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 sprigs Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Roast turkey breast with oil and thyme 50 min at 190C.
  2. 2Simmer cranberries with OJ and sugar until jammy.
  3. 3Rest turkey, slice and serve with sauce.
