  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Dust turkey in flour.
  2. 2Pan-fry 3 min per side. Remove.
  3. 3Deglaze with wine, add lemon and capers.
  4. 4Whisk in butter. Return turkey, coat in sauce.
