  • 4 pc Eggs
  • 1 pc Bell pepper
  • 80 g Spinach
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Beat eggs with salt, pepper and herbs.
  2. 2Sauté peppers and spinach in oil 5 minutes.
  3. 3Pour eggs over vegetables.
  4. 4Cook on stove 5 minutes, transfer to oven 180°C.
  5. 5Bake 8-10 minutes until frittata is firm and lightly golden.
