🛒 Ingredients

  • 140 g Paella rice
  • 1 pc Red pepper
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 80 g Peas
  • a pinch Saffron

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat oil in large pan, add peppers and tomatoes, cook 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add paella rice and stir 2 minutes.
  3. 3Pour 600 ml vegetable broth with turmeric or saffron.
  4. 4Simmer without stirring 18-20 minutes.
  5. 5Let crust (socarrat) form at bottom, serve from the pan.
