🛒 Ingredients

  • 8 pc Wonton wrappers
  • 80 g Minced pork
  • 600 ml Chicken broth
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Prepare filling of minced pork with ginger, garlic and soy sauce.
  2. 2Place a teaspoon on wonton wrappers.
  3. 3Wet edges and fold into triangle or envelope.
  4. 4Cook in hot chicken broth 5-6 minutes.
  5. 5Serve with broth and spring onion.
